How do you deal with anger? Empty How do you deal with anger?

When you are angry how do you deal? I like to just be by myself for a while and work it out. I only get frustrated more when I talk to others so for me it is best to analyze the situation by myself and then talk to others later.

Taking a time out for yourself and thinking things through or listening to music to channel some of the angst is a really good idea. Other people might have good intentions but they will ultimately get in the way of the healing process.

Punch a punching bag. I do not deal the best with anger so when I am angry it is best for me just to let all my anger out.
