What's it like to work in a club?

One of my best friends works in a nightclub that is owned by his father. He only works there on Thursday nights and usually doesn't hang out with the dancers (or at least that's what he says). He takes his ipad and goes upstairs to work on stuff in the office. I guess it's pretty boring being at a club if you are not a customer and actually have to work. I don't envy the girls who dance at clubs or have to serve drinks there as the guys are most likely rude to them. Working at a club would be a worse experience than just going to one as a customer.

I think that for me it would be better just to go and hang out in a club. I would not want to work there as there are often rude people and way to many drunk people.

I agree it must be boring and very difficult to work in a club. You have to deal will drunk customers and people who are having lots of fun while you are working:)

I've heard it's good to work in the club. Not only do you meet new people, your job is never boring as there are always things happening. A friend of mine has done and said it was great but there was a lot of work involved since the club was always busy.
