Cutting out pop and snacks

It's now been 1 month and 22 days since I've cut all pop and snacks out of my diet. Ive lost 20 pounds so far. Have you ever done anything like this? How did it turn out? How long did you do it for?

Congrats to you on this feat! That is excellent. I need to cut out pop out of my diet but I just love the drink. I know that it is so bad for me but yet I crave it a lot.

That's really amazing! And, good job! Smile

I can't drink sodas or pop or anything like that or it messes up my blood sugar. I love the taste though and sometimes have a little anyway. As for snacks, I still have an occasional cupcake. It's a habit that I don't want to break yet. Smile
