Do you watch exercise videos online? I find that this is a great way to beat boredom and I am always trying out new workouts. It is fun and free Smile

I love watching and exercising along with Yoga videos as they are soothing and help me find my center again. It's a good way to pick up new techniques on poses too.

I have never done exercise videos online. Do you find them on just youtube or are there other sites that have some good ones?
