Cutting calories
Lately, I feel like I'm eating way too much junk foods, especially chips and pizza. And, I want to start cutting calories, so I'm deleting all the junk from my life. I am trying not to add sugar to anything that is already sweetened. Can you give me other tips on how to easily cut calories without sacrificing my favorite foods? I don't want to eat salads all the time.
