Do you like yoga?

I've been into yoga for a few years and love how it keeps my body very toned and fit, without all the jarring exercise routines. I like the gentle stretches. The yoga poses are very relaxing and always help me sleep better. Do you enjoy yoga? And, what are your favorite yoga poses?

Never been a big fan of it but I've heard it's great for calming down. Sometimes I do get a bit down but I've never tried Yoga to try and make me feel better. I think I might try it in the future though.
