Anyone try rebounding?
I love it. I have a rebounder myself. I is a small indoor/outdoor trampoline that actually is one of the best ways to exercise. It is easy on the joints and bones, burns more fat in shorter amounts of time, and it is fun! It is said to burn what running for an hour does in only 20 minutes!
20 minutes a day is easy and doing this 5 days a week will get you in the best shape of your life. It even works the lymphatic system as well!
