Whats your favorite...

spice/seasoning? I'm sure we all love and use a lot of salt. But besides salt what is your favorite spice/seasoning? For me, it's definitely garlic. You can use garlic in just about anything you want and it will add a nice flavor. And depending on how you prepare it, it can be very powerful or close to neutral. Talking about garlic makes me want to have garlic bread lol.

I like garlic and Italian spices on everything whether bread or spaghetti. Those spices make everything taste amazing. Just the kick of flavor that I'm looking for.
