TV shows that were cancelled before their time
For me, this is an easy one. Firefly. I, and many other people around the world still do not understand why this show got cancelled. Fox really screwed up on this one. I think they had a massive hit on their hands and just let it go away too easily. Firefly currently has a 9.2/10 rating on imdb. Making it one of the highest rated shows of all time. I think later on this mistake was realized which led to the movie Serenity being made. Which currently has a 8.0/10 on imdb. If you have never heard of the show or movie, I don't blame you. It was only on for one season lol. Currently, both Firefly and Serenity are available for streaming on netflix. I highly recommend watching them as it is definitely worth it.

I have never seen either of those shows Steve but I will be sure to check them out. I recall hearing about Firefly but have never heard about Serenity. Will look on Netflix for them.

Serenity was a really good show and I got a chance to see a few episodes during first run. I should take time to watch it now that it's on Netflix.
As for shows that I really like, I rarely watch shows when they are on TV anymore for this one reason. They cancel all the best shows.
The last show that I really loved was Pushing Daisies. That show was a victim of the mid 2000's writer's strike (where they were arguing over internet money royalties).
The show had a very good theme, about a man who could revive the dead and a woman whom he had revived. They fell in love, but the hitch was how he could never hold her as his touch would kill her again.
Very sweet and romantic and also bittersweet. They had a really good love that could never be consummated.
I stopped watching at the end of the first season. And, the second season didn't come on till much later.
Maybe one day they will come out with a third season or a remake, though I doubt it could be done as good as the first season.
