What's your go-to music when you're feeling moody or mad?

When I'm feeling moody or sad or mad, I don't like listening to upbeat or inspiring music and pop music just annoys me. Most times, I'll listen to a harder edged music, like extremely gothic or heavy metal. Nothing with a pop over tone though. If I'm sad, then I might listen to very sad love (lost) type songs. I have an entire play list on Spotify for that one purpose.

The music helps me get in touch with my feelings, rather than repressing them and in that way I can work through whatever issue I'm having and move on.

Anything from the 80s hair bands. I love 80s music so much and miss that time in my life even though I was not really all that old. I feel that it is a great addition to my music collection.

I like listening to a variety of music. I would not say that I have a certain type that I listen to. Just whatever makes me feel good.

I would say that's my generation of music and yeah it was a really good time. Lots of sweet memories from that era. The music was really amazing.

When I am angry I like to listen to Pantera. I like to chill out with Walk. Gets me feeling better every time.
