Reality shows Empty Reality shows

Where is the reality in Reality shows? I just can not seem to stomach watching them. They are so fake. And really do we need any more of these shows? There are just way to many of them on these days.

I watch only a few of them. I will say that I like to watch Vanilla Ice goes Amish. That one is a good show if you have not yet seen it.
